LAUNCH OPERATOR COURSE (16 HOURS)*

This sixteen (16) hour course is designed for those working at yacht clubs, marinas, camps or other situations where he or she would be operating a launch. The course covers safe boat handling, regulations, marlinspike seamanship, navigation rules, and aids to navigation.
STCW-95 BASIC SAFETY TRAINING (40 HOURS)*
Tuition: $1,195.00** (All Four Modules Included)
This five (5) day course includes Personal Safety and Social Responsibility, Basic Sea Survival, Basic Fire Fighting, and First Aid/CPR. This course is instructed in compliance with the STCW-95 Code A; VI/1-2 and is designed to provide a variety of in class and hands on safety training.

This 24-hour course is designed to provide training for candidates to properly launch and manage a survival craft in an emergency.

SAILING ENDORSEMENT COURSE (4 HOURS)*

This four (4) hour U.S. Coast Guard approved course is designed for any candidate holding a USCG Master or Mate license that plans to operate an inspected sailing vessel.
Sailing endorsements are scheduled to coincide with the Captain's classes. Please contact us for the next scheduled Sailing Endorsement date.
TOWING ENDORSEMENT COURSE (4 HOURS)*
Tuition: $150.00 USD**
This four (4) hour U.S. Coast Guard approved course is designed for any candidate holding a USCG Master or Mate license that would like to tow a disabled vessel for payment.
Towing endorsements are scheduled to coincide with the Captain's classes. Please contact us for the next scheduled Towing Endorsement date.
FIRST AID/CPR COURSE (8 HOURS)*
Tuition: $150.00 USD**
This 8-hour First Aid/CPR course is designed to serve as basic training for seafarers employed or engaged in any capacity aboard a vessel. The course covers basic first aid, CPR, and emergency care for common medical emergencies.

The Yachtmaster Offshore certification is recognized in over 22 countries and a symbol of skill and excellence that Yachtsmen strive for. The Yachtmaster Offshore certification is a professional credential and is not designed for students who have not achieved professional-level status in their sailing career. To ensure that students entering the program meet the eligibility criteria, they are required to submit an application and provide sufficient documentation to demonstrate their qualifications. *Please note that the examination for each course will take place after the prescribed number of classroom hours is completed. Examinations will be scheduled within 5 business days of completing the course.

COURSE REGISTRATION
To reserve space in a course, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. The remaining tuition payment is due prior to the first class session and is non-refundable after completing the first segment of the course. If the student is unable to attend the course for which he or she has registered, the 50% deposit will be credited to the student's account for one (1) year. Please note that this deposit can be applied to another course at Confident Captain but can not be transferred as a deposit for another course.
