About this Course:
The US Coast Guard OUPV (Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels) License allows boaters to operate an uninspected vessel of up to 100 Gross Tons. Often referred to as a six-pack license, the certification allows captains to operate boats carrying up to six passengers.
How to Complete the Course
- Start Each Module by clicking the Title: Start learning by clicking on any of the modules title in the course outline. This will take you directly to that section’s content. You can take them in any order and we have added time to each title to help you shape it to your schedule.
- Complete the Module Content: Read through or watch all the material in the module. Take your time—this is a self-paced course, so you’re in control.
- Take the Quiz (If Available): Most modules include a quiz to help you check your understanding. Some modules may not have quizzes, and that’s okay!
- Mark as Complete: When you’ve reviewed all the content in a module (and taken the quiz, if there is one), click “Mark as Complete” to move forward.
- You must have all Modules completed and all quizzes passed to sit for your exam
